1. Send us CLEAR and HIGH-RESOLUTION image(s) of the pet using Etsy chat by clicking the “upload image” or emailing it to me at
nora.artbeatdesigns@gmail.com
2. Let us know if you would like to add the pet’s name or personal message on the drawing.
3. The digital portrait will be drawn based on the image(s) you have provided.
4. The digital portrait will be sent to your e-mail on the Etsy profile when finished.
If you wish for us to design something completely custom that you do not see in the shop,
just click on the blue “request a custom order” link about this description, and we can make something just for you!
—————Where to download the files?—————
The digital pet certificate will be sent to your e-mail on the Etsy profile directly when finished.
We will send you a notice via Etsy conversation when the drawing is ready.
—————–Where to print the files?———————-
You may have the files printed at home or at any print shop.
The print quality will depend on the type of paper and printer used. If you are concerned about the quality, we suggest you have the files printed at the print shop.

3. Production time might subject to change due to the nature of artistic creation.
